The bubble bag being brought back into fashion has to be one of the most nostalgic items to re-invent. I dont know anybody you didnt have a bubble bag as a small child I think I even had three! Right up there will Jelly shoes! Even though it is quite childish I dont see anything wrong with bringing these back I think they could add a cuteness and softness to most looks like the individual in the picture.
